DELEGATE CERTIFICATION

PNWD bylaws require each member congregation to certify to PNWD the names of its delegates. If your congregation wishes to have delegate representation at District Assembly, aminister or board officermust submit the Delegate Certification Form. The link for online certification (by your minister or a board officer) was distributed the week of March 26. Delegate certification must be completed byThursday, May 10, 2012.

The Delegate Table will be open to issue voting credentials:

   - Friday, May 18, 4:00-7:30 p.m.

   - Saturday, May 19, 7:00-7:30 a.m.

Please note that Delegate Check-in closes thirty minutes before the start of Saturday morning's 8:00 business meeting.

Delegates must check in at the Delegate Table during the times noted above in order to be issued voting credentials.

CLF DELEGATE PARTICIPATION

Church of the Larger Fellowship members living in the geographical area of the PNWD may caucus to elect two delegates to attend the business meeting. Upon arrival on site, CLF members should use the meeting message board to set the time and place for their caucus. Once CLF delegates are determined, they must report to the PNWD Delegate Table for membership confirmation and to receive their voting credentials.
