Congregational, ministerial and alternate delegates were certified by April 16
by a congregational board officer or minister. The list of certified delegates can be found
here.
For the first time, off-site delegates wer
e able to participate. After completing a tech run on one
of two occasions prior to the Business Meeting, delegates participating from off site were required to be online with the San Jose meeting site by 4:00, one-half hour before the start of Saturday's Business Meeting.
On-site check-in beg
an at 3:00 Friday afternoon (4/26) and
was open until 6:45 that evening. It was open again on Saturday morning (4/27) from 7:00 until 10:00. As soon as PNWD registrants picked up their nametags and Regional Assembly booklets from the main check-in area, they were directed to come to the PNWD ATTENDEES table. There, delegates were issued their green Delegate ribbon and all PNWD attendees received the packet of Business Meeting Materials. We also distributed Honor Congregation ribbons to PNWD registrants as appropriate - purple for UUA and white for PNWD. Check
