Summary: There is a lot the Safety Team will be learning as they set the safety agenda in the congregation. How best can we communicate with the congregation? How can we inspire creative problem solving and increasing awareness instead of provoking anxiety? Suggestions for sample newsletter articles, blog posts and a lay-led worship service will be offered.

She earned her Master of Divinity from Seattle University’s School of Theology and Ministry in 2008 and is a candidate for ministry.
