If your congregation wishes to have delegate representation at District Assembly, the Delegate Certification Form must be received in the district office by today.

Participants in this interactive workshop will learn to recognize emerging conflict, gain a basic understanding of conflict dynamics, identify their own conflict response styles, and practice a model for transforming difficult conversations into learning conversations to support healthy communications in our congregations.

Workshop presenters are Dr. Kristin Guest and Marilyn Warner, volunteer consultants with the PNWD Healthy Congregations Team.

This workshop will benefit all congregational leaders, and other UUs interested in developing healthy communications in interpersonal and group relationships.

Cost is $10 per person, with a maximum of $50 per congregation. The fee covers workshop costs, material, beverages and refreshments.

Facilitator: Rev. Erik Walker Wikstrom, Worship and Music Resources Director for the Unitarian Universalist Association of Congregations. Erik will help us see the possibilities of the still new UUA office and explore how we can be resources to one another in developing and deepening the experience of worship in our congregations and throughout our Association.
