Consulting Services
When district staff can't address your needs quickly, or when someone else can serve you better, our District Consultants are prepared to help. These lay and clergy consultants serve the district as volunteers, and receive modest stipends and travel expenses in recognition of their time. Specialty consulting or training is underwritten by the District, and some services require cost sharing by contracting congregations. Fees vary according to the time commitment. Congregations which are “Full Fair Share” in their contributions of District dues and UUA Annual Program Fund (APF) receive a 50% discount on specialty consulting fees. Congregations in severe financial circumstances may speak to the District Executive about fee adjustments or good faith payment plans.
Annual Program Fund (APF) and District Dues Consulting |
|
Our Annual Program Fund (APF) Chair is available to inspire and educate congregations about our inter-relationship with all UU congregations through the UUA and PNWD, including the benefits all congregations receive through support of the APF and district dues. PNWD's APF Chair is a UUA volunteer who serves on the UUA Annual Program Fund Committee, and also serves PNWD by coordinating congregational support of district dues. The APF Chair is happy to arrange a visit, and is always ready to assist finance leaders in managing APF and district dues contributions. There is no charge for services of the APF Chair.
