PNWD> District Assembly > Delegates/Business Business Call to this year's District Assembly Minutes from 2009 Salem Annual Meeting Proposed Business Meeting Agenda Nominees for Board and Nominating Committee Delegate Check-in After delegates arrive at the Bellevue Hilton and pick up their District Assembly registration packets, they must report to the Delegate Table in the registration area. The PNWD Delegate Check-in Table closes thirty minutes prior to the start of Saturday morning’s business meeting. All delegates must be checked in by this time in order to receive their voting credentials. Delegates who have not checked in at the Delegate Table before it closes at 7:30 a.m. will be unable to vote and ineligible for Delegate Travel Equalization. The district is offering limited travel equalization grants for qualifying congregational and ministerial delegates attending District Assembly. Delegates from fair share congregations will be eligible for this mileage-based incentive. Take advantage of this opportunity to send a full delegation to Bellevue for the 2010 District Assembly! Church of the Larger Fellowship members living in the geographical area of the PNWD may caucus to elect two delegates to attend the business meetings of District Assembly. Upon arrival in Bellevue, CLF members should utilize the meeting message board to determine the time and place for their cauus. Once the CLF delegates are determined, they must report to the PNWD Delegate Table to receive their voting credentials.
